In case your new ring is a little tight or too loose on your finger, you can simply send it back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will resize it for free. To make your Virani shopping experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer FREE return shipping on a resizing request made within 30 days from the date of purchase. For all returns and exchanges, please enclose your jewellery item inside its original packaging and accompanying materials, including the packing slip and all diamond certificates (a replacement fee per certificate will be charged otherwise).

Once our quality assurance department inspects and accepts your returned jewellery item, we will issue a full refund which will be credited to your Viranigems.com account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the credited amount or get the full amount refunded to your bank account. If the payment was made using prepaid credit cards, debit card or net banking, the refund amount will be credited to the payment source. At Viranigems.com, we want you to be up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and upgrade your jewellery wardrobe from time to time. Our life time exchange policy allows you to exchange your Virani jewellery items after months or even years from when they were purchased from Viranigems.com, for the newest items from our latest collections. As long as your jewellery piece is intact, we’ll take it back for the current value of all the materials with a minor deduction towards melting and recovery costs. Detailed Terms and Conditions
Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Any item that shows the sign of wear or have been altered, resized (by a Jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 30 days money back. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate of authenticity issued by Viranigems.com, the company will send the solitaire/jewellery to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
Please note that the following orders are nonreturnable and are not eligible for a 30 day return or exchange policy due to their personalized nature: items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewellery.
Alterations to orders currently in process void the complimentary resize, return and exchange policies. If you have a special request for a later delivery date, our 30 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship.

Resizing a ring one full size or more in either direction is not recommended and may require additional work not covered by our free resizing policy. We offer one complimentary resizing, within the sizing tolerance. If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring due to additional metal weight, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
In order to maintain structural integrity, certain rings are final sale. Please note that diamond eternity bands cannot be resized. Custom, modified, and engraved rings are subject to resize fees.
If you wish you resize a ring after a 30 day period, return shipping charges will be applied. Please note that after resizing, a ring cannot be returned or exchanged.
If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis. Shipping charges for all repair requests shall be borne by the customer.
This feature is only available for orders that are shipped within India. For all internationals orders that are shipped abroad from India, we do not offer free ring resizing or free return shipping due to potential taxes being levied. If any diamonds or gemstones are missing, it will not be accepted for Exchange. Company reserves the right to refuse any exchange.
Company will examine Product to be exchanged in order to determine its current market value. Your product's current value of metal, diamonds and coloured stones, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price listed on our website. The amount of the credit you will receive would be 85% of the current value of metal, diamond and coloured stones. Company has sole discretion to determine the current value of metal, diamond and coloured stones. Company will deduct cost associated with melting and recovery costs form the credit, which is subject to INR 1000 minimum or 10% of the current value of the Product, whichever is higher.
You will receive a credit for the original Product, which can be used to purchase a new product. In the event that you wish to exchange the Product for a new Product, you must pay the difference in price between the Products. In the event that the original Product has a higher value than the new Product, Company will retain the price difference as credit for your use on future purchases on Product from the Company. The credit expires after 90 days from date of issuance. The exchange credit cannot be encashed.

If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well. When you submit your ideas, drawings and images, our expert in-house designers begin sketching your exclusive design concept and send you a complementary quote with no obligation to buy.
After quote approval, we secure a small deposit and send you 3D images of your design from multiple angles as well as a 360 degree video so that you can clearly visualize what your finished jewellery would look like in 3 dimensions. During this stage, modifications may be made based on your design feedback.
Once you finalize and approve the 3D CAD design of your jewellery, you may request a physical 3D printed model of your design that you can try on before final approval.
With the model approval, and full payment, our expert jewellers begin crafting your dream design. You can make it even more personal by adding a custom engraving to it. Your certified diamond jewellery made with conflict free diamonds will be delivered within 3-4 weeks.
Once you submit your design requirement, we will provide a complimentary price quote which will expire within two weeks. Subsequent price quotes are subject to change.
Once you approve the quote, you are required to provide Company with a minimum of 10% non-refundable deposit before the production process commences. After receiving the deposit, we will send you 360 degree videos and images of your jewellery from multiple angles. After viewing the 360 degree videos and photos, if you wish to make any modifications, we will provide one complimentary modification. Any subsequent modifications will require additional non-refundable despite before the production process commences.
Once you approve the design after reviewing 360 degree video of the jewellery, you may request a 3D printed model. Any modifications to the custom orders after a 3D printed is requested will be subject to additional charges. You are required to pay the full price before the custom order is manufactured. Company reserves the right to refuse any modification requests to custom orders once the production process has commenced. Company reserves the right to alter, decline or cancel custom design orders.

Company will not accept returned items that are shipped without the Return Shipping Authorization Code. Return shipping authorization codes are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization. Company is not responsible for the loss of or damage to shipments during the return process.
Company will not accept the jewellery items that are improperly packaged or uninsured. Once Company receives your jewellery item with all the original documentations, Company's quality control department will carefully inspect your jewellery item for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, setting modification or resizing by a jeweller other than Company. If Company discovers that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of a return credit. Company reserves the right to refuse any returns. Failure to return the original certificate of authenticity will void your return.
Company will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 10-20 business days of receipt of product if a product is returned within 30 days from when it was shipped with all the required certificates such as original certificate of authenticity. The refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the refund or exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
Custom items such as custom rings, custom jewellery or any other special order cannot be returned or cancelled. Additionally, design deposits, custom head fees and customization fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel you order after your order has been successfully processed, you may do so within 1 business days. After that time, an order cannot be cancelled but may be returned within your 30 day return period for refund, credit, or exchange.

Products may change or be discontinued at any time. Company will deliver Products that have similar characteristics of the Products you ordered, but minor changes between what is delivered and what is described online are possible. Company may ship Products with minor specifications changes, provided that there is materially the same functionality, performance and characteristics of the ordered Products. Products may differ slightly from how depicted in any illustrations, photography or descriptions on this Website. Company has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of Products as they appear on this Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on photographic processes and your screen, Company cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.
Company will offer one complimentary resizing, within the sizing tolerance for the purchase of Products shipped only within India. Company will provide complimentary resizing of Products for Products received within 30 days of the date of shipping. Within the 30 days of the date of shipping Company will be responsible for the cost of shipping, handling and resizing. If you wish you resize a ring after a 30 day period, return shipping charges will be applied. Please note that after resizing, a ring cannot be returned or exchanged. To resize a Product, you must email [email protected] or call our customer care number at +91 72650 11003 and provide the order number. Company will provide instructions with respect to the resize procedure.
Resizing a ring one full size or more in either direction is not recommended and may require additional work not covered by our free resizing policy. If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring due to addition of metal, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer. In order to maintain structural integrity, certain rings are final sale and cannot be resized. Diamond eternity bands cannot be resized. Custom, modified, and engraved rings are subject to resize fees.
If the product is resized, altered or repaired by any other jeweller than Company, Company will not resize or repair the product. The returned package for resize must contain a copy of the original purchase receipt and the Original Certificate of Authenticity. You must ship the Products to Company in their original packaging and condition and accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
For all internationals orders that are shipped abroad from India, Company does not offer free ring resizing or free return shipping due to potential taxes being levied. If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined by Company on a case to case basis. Shipping charges for all repair requests shall be borne by the customer. Company urges all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt. If a package or item delivered arrives damaged, customers must refuse the shipment or call Company immediately to request product return with all the required original documents. Company will repair the Product or replace it with a new product free of charge after reviewing the Product if damage is at the fault of Company.
In all the other cases, if you wish to get Product repaired from Company, you must provide all the required documents with original Certificate of Authenticity. If Product has been resized, altered or repaired by any other entity, Company will not repair the Product. Customers must ship the fully insured Product to Company and accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. The cost of the repair will be determined by Company on case by case basis.
Once Company receives your jewellery item for exchange, Company's quality control department will carefully inspect your jewellery item for any alteration, setting modification or resizing by a jeweller other than Company. If Company discovers that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for exchange, and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of an exchange credit. Company will not accept any product for exchange that is not accompanies by the original certificate of authenticity. All Products must be intact upon arrival. If any diamonds or gemstones are missing, it will not be accepted for Exchange. Company reserves the right to refuse any exchange.
Company will examine Product to be exchanged in order to determine its current market value. Your product's current value of metal, diamonds and coloured stones, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price listed on our website. The amount of the credit you will receive would be 85% of the current value of metal, diamond and coloured stones. Company has sole discretion to determine the current value of metal, diamond and coloured stones. Company will deduct cost associated with melting and recovery costs form the credit, which is subject to INR 1000 minimum or 10% of the current value of the Product, whichever is higher. Company reserves the right to refuse any exchange.
You will receive credit for the original Product, which can be used to purchase a new product. In the event that you wish to exchange the Product for a new Product, you must pay the difference in price between the Products. In the event that the original Product has a higher value than the new Product, Company will retain the price difference as credit for your use on future purchases on Product from the Company. The credit expires after 90 days from date of issuance. The exchange credit cannot be encashed. Custom items such as custom rings, custom jewellery or any other special order cannot be exchanged. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, Company will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.
In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
You are responsible for shipping costs related to delivering the Products to Company. You must ship the fully insured Product to Company and accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Company is responsible for shipping costs related to delivering the exchanged Products from the Company.
Life time exchange is not available for International Orders that are shipped abroad from India.
Once you submit your design requirement, Comany will provide a complimentary price quote which will expire within two weeks. Subsequent price quotes are subject to change.
Once you approve the quote, you are required to provide Company with a minimum of 10% non-refundable deposit before the production process commences. After receiving the deposit, Company will send you 360 degree videos and images of your jewellery from multiple angles. After viewing the 360 degree videos and photos, if you wish to make any modifications, Company will provide one complimentary modification. Any subsequent modifications will require additional non-refundable despite before the production process commences.
Once you approve the design after reviewing 360 degree video of the jewellery, you may request a 3D printed model. Any modifications to the custom orders after a 3D printed is requested will be subject to additional charges. You are required to pay the full price before the custom order is manufactured. Company reserves the right to refuse any modification requests to custom orders once the production process has commenced. Company reserves the right to alter, decline or cancel custom design orders. Please note that all custom orders are not eligible for any promotion or discount. Custom orders are only available for jewels and diamonds purchased from Company. Company cannot incorporate any third party jewels into its custom jewellery. Custom orders are final sale. Company will not accept exchanges or refunds for custom orders.
Please note that custom orders will be completed in approximately 25 business days. All custom orders are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. Company will inform you of estimated delivery dates but is not liable for any delivery delays or failure to ship by the estimated due date, including without limitation as a result of events beyond Company's or its shippers' reasonable control, including without limitation shortage of materials, transportation failure, or acts of God. Company will inform you of estimated delivery dates in case there is a delay in your delivery. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date.
You warrant that the custom design does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights. You hereby indemnify Company from any claims arising from the custom design. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights attached to the custom design are exclusive to Company. You irrevocably assign all rights attached thereto to Company. You waive all moral rights attached to the custom design. You acknowledge that Company has full authority to display and/or promote custom design in any form in any medium for any purpose whatsoever.
Company offers custom designed jewellery for customers within India. Custom jewellery option is not available for International Orders that are shipped abroad from India.
Company will, at its option, repair or replace defective Products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, damage due to shipping the Products to you is not covered under this warranty. This warranty also does not cover damage due to external causes, including without limitation wear and tear, accident, abuse, misuse, or use or care not in accordance with Product documentation.
